Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje nagrinėjami imitacijų, kaip mokymo metodų, teoriniai aspektai, jų taikymo galimybės verslumo ugdyme bei imitacinių verslumo ugdymo modelių raiška Lietuvoje. Pristatomas tyrimas, kuriuo buvo atskleistas imitacinės verslo įmonės veiksmingumo modelis, kurį sudarė keturi kintamieji; mokymosi proceso įvairovė, verslo aplinkos suvokimas, patirties įgijimas ir darbas komandoje. Nustatytas verslumo ugdymo modelis patvirtino, kad studentų verslumos gebėjimai priklauso nuo mokymosi metodų taikymo įvairovės, verslo aplinkos suvokimo, įgytos verslo patirties ir darbo komandoje. The article is focused on theoretical aspects of simulations as teaching methods, the possibilities to apply them on entrepreneurship education and the development of the models of simulation business enterprises in Lithuania. The survey of the effectiveness of the simulation business enterprise model is presented. The model considered three factors of entrepreneurial skills: technical skills, management skills and personal characteristics. Four factors of the model of simulation business enterprise were revealed: diversity of a learning process, perception of business environment, acquisition of experience and group work. The survey confesses that students’ entrepreneurial skills depend on the revealed factors.
