Summary/Abstract: According to the civil procedure, the appeal is subjected, ordinarily, to a term of 15 days from the communication, provided under the sanction of nullity by art. 306 para. (1) of the Civil Procedure Code, and is admissible in terms of accurate criticism of legality. Hence, the appeal appears also as a devolution attack maneuver, with indications which we will express below, where we differentiate the potential devolution appeal and the natural devolution appeal, according to the level of interventions of the plaintiff in order to produce the devolution effect.
