MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO STARTING UP SMALL PRODUCTION BUSINESSES IN FUNCTION OF THE RECOVERY AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY

Summary/Abstract: In the phase following the privatization and weakening of global economic crisis, an incentive to faster recovery and further development of the economy may come from the sector of small and medium enterprises, neglected in our country until recently and very important in the developed economies. Starting up a successful private business, especially a production, one requires detailed consideration of such investment from a number of aspects. Marketing, human resources, location, economic and financial aspects are generally included in a business plan. Technological part contains designing, setting norms and defining the equipment of future plant section and production process. The whole project management deals with all activities, resources, costs, and time limits. Such multidisciplinary approach, applied in a concrete project of fitness sports weights production, represents an example of necessary implementation of expert knowledge in practice.
