Summary/Abstract: The ability of companies to survive in the constantly changing environment can be formed through a business model, which flexibly adapts to continuous and unpredictable changes in the environment. Hence, the aim of this paper is to develop a general knowledge model as a concept that integrates its individual areas in relation to a flexible organization.
