Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the way in which investors from Romania will obtain the papers needed for the economic activities development from environment protection point of view (urbanism certificates, environment agreement according to the laws in force). The procedure is developing in the base of Minister Order no 860/2002, Law no 50/1991 and Order no 1430/2005, Government Decision no 1213/2006, with further changes and addendums.
