Summary/Abstract: The sustainable development concept represents an attempt of coexistence between environment protection and economical development, in global optics and on long term. This is nor a doctrine, nor a theory, neither the less a synthesis between economics and ecology; it is a pragmatic closeness of laying on the contribution the economical tools for administration of the planet as a “good family father”. The sustainable development is a new word for the older and auspicious idea, that there is no viable economics without natural resources and there is no administration of these resources without economical rationality.
