ABOUT THE MORPHOLOGICAL NORM IN EXPLANATORY DICTIONARIES OF ALBANIAN

Summary/Abstract: The object of this paper is questions of morphological norm in explanatory dictionaries of the Standard Albanian. The discussion of problems of the norms of the standard language is important especially now, when the compilation of the medium size dictionary of Albanian is going on. We consider this discussion of morphological problems of the norm as a contribution of ours in the wide discussion of the norms of our standard language, aiming to help not only lexicographers, but also grammarians, who sometimes define the norms of language without keeping in mind that the vocabulary is a network of systems and subsystems, and, consequently, giving inadequate solutions.
