Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the results of research on the identification of quality improvement system’s advantages in an enterprise (dairy plant). The main advantages are: efficiency increase, product quality improvement and improvement of customer satisfaction. The research was conducted with the use of structured interview methodology, and the questionnaire was addressed to the management of the questioned enterprise. Due to the processes of quality improvement, the enterprise achieved high level of organizational maturity, especially maturity quality, and the effects indicated in this research stand for above-mentioned maturity. The dairy plant is a reliable producer of milk and milk products.
