Research was conducted with 212 primary school teachers. When the data was analyzed, psycho-social sub-scale of teachers' motivation was estimated to be "high," the organizational-managerial sub-scale was estimated to be "very high," and the material sub-scale was estimated to be "high". Professional enthusiasm of teachers was estimated to be moderate. Furthermore, motivation and professional enthusiasm levels of teachers do not change in terms of such variants as gender, branch or level of education. On the other hand, the variant of seniority in profession affects their enthusiasm level in profession and psycho-social sub-scale of teachers’ motivation. A statistically meaningful correlation between motivation and professional enthusiasm was observed, and the level of this relationship was low. A meaningful correlation between age, motivation and professional enthusiasm was not observed.
