Modern labour market and expectations of Generation Y to employment – the results of research

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of research conducted among 390 students at the University of Łódź. The main aim is to know their ideas about the ideal of work and attitude to work. Expectations of Generation Y representatives were compared to the situation on the Polish labour market, especially young workers and the results of statistical surveys on the position of young people on the labour market.
