Summary/Abstract: Synergetics is being treated as a new scientific paradigm, a new nonlinear thinking and a new world scenery structured in complete sets. Its intense development due to scale, and its depth, is being compared with a scientific revolution. Synergetics is the science of self-arrangement (self-organisation), cooperation processes taking place in complex and open systems of various natures in a state of imbalance. It is a common operation, or operation in one direction, when the result is higher than the algebraic sum of the influence of functional elements. Synergetics is open to specific human and social processes. It reflects contemporary action directed towards energy enslavement, which becomes a moving force for the self-regulating system generating new structures. Any evolutionary process of a complex system exists between two extreme states - implied order and unpredictable chaos. This situation may be equated to a creative process. Chaotic movement is the trail of a vector of creative thought replacing the old into a new one, linear action into nonlinear action - into the generation of a new system structure influenced by self-determination, the process of self-organisation, in accordance with synergetic conception tendencies chosen by free will to ensure the action in each system - in the human consciousness, culture, art and educational processes. This choice is the force directing the system to move towards the attractor - the eternal aim.
