Summary/Abstract: Synergy is considered to be a new scientific paradigm in the evolution of the system of education, and it is significant namely due to its methodological essence and not doctrinaire, not as a world perception, but a way to think. Project activity, based on creativity and autopoetry as a necessary environment for further evolution of the system is the best way to achieve the tasks set – its quality change. The objective and result have to be perceived as a unity of knowledge and, what is more important, skills. The present article is The application of the mentioned above theory in researches is based on the assumption that a didactic project is interpreted as a direct (non declarative) self-organisational system of education, the planning and implementation of which is complemented by the chain of choices and decisions (bifurcations), and which is structured by the pursued objectives of the up-bringing process. The main issue of the article is how practicable the application of synergy science is in the up-bringing process if it is interpreted as a complex, multimeaningful, non-linear and open system. The objective of the present article is a synergetic grounding of one of the didactic possibilities to manage and optimise the up-bringing process applying the method of projects. Motivation to choose one or another method is like an initial programme launching a complex system, which is very important in the further development of the system or its new, higher level. An open system is essential when trying to achieve proper functioning of the system and the highest level of education process – a qualified interaction of its elements (teachers, students, school, society), changes of education (development) being the main criterion while reaching the goal, as “a bridge” transforming the system into a new and higher status. The openness of the system starts with the realisation that education and up-bringing process are complex, extraordinary, open, unique (irreversible) systems. Thus, when analysing the system of education, the relations between its agents, which determine the change of the system, are essential, not the agents themselves. In the synergetic model of project methods we tried to transform notions used in the up-bringing process into synergetic terms in order justify synergy as a universal and paradigmatic science. The identified link between the notions does exist. Its equivocal and metaphoric interpretation itself is a perfect prove that the up-bringing process is not characterised with linear thinking, completeness and tangible results. It is a persistent search for ways and methods to reach higher levels of our existence, which are defined as: wisdom, strategic reasoning, creativity and spirituality.
