Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the article is to answer the question how companies present the essence of social responsibility. The results of content analysis concerning the image of socially responsible firm are presented, with special emphasis on what values and actions are identified and whether they are integrated within key business. On the basis of obtained results different ways of shaping the image of a socially responsible company are distinguished and characterized.
