Summary/Abstract: This article presents the theoretical perspective on the image of a socially responsible employer, indicated and discussed in the literature, as well as the expectations that the participants of the labour market have towards employers social responsibility. The article includes a literature review and the results of research carried out among young people entering the labour market. The results show that positive attitude towards an enterprise as socially responsible can be an element increasing the attractiveness of an enterprise as an employer. The negative attitude towards the CSR may, however, cause distrust and decrease the attractiveness of employers, who emphasize its social commitment.
