Summary/Abstract: The parliamentary political activity has introduced the motion (resolution) as a usual work instrument during the parliamentary political debates. The use of motions became normal means in the Romanian political life, too. The present article explains – by using judicial and political arguments - why the motion is a democratic mechanism and how this mechanism has been used during the last decade on the Romanian political scene.
