Analysis of the efficiency management of local government against the challenges of public administration

Summary/Abstract: Modern management of a local government implies the use the various instruments supporting the decision making process. Long-term financial planning is becoming a necessity in the face of constant government deficit of local government. However, system solutions requiring the government to draw up various planning documents do not always produce the expected result. Perhaps the same definition of indicators, the corresponding limits allowable debt (in modified form in relation to the previous limits of debt) would have been sufficient to local government to draw more attention to effectiveness public spending, rather than decreasing the efficiency of their actions.
