Considerations regarding the presidency ordinance procedure in the light of the New Civil Procedure Code

Summary/Abstract: The presidency ordinance procedure has a considerable seniority in the Romanian civil procedural field, being introduced in the legislation in the year 1900, with the occasion of the Civil Procedure Code revision. The mechanism of this procedure was inspired by the French legilslation which established this special procedure since the 17th century. This special civil procedure is completely justified and imposed by the necessities of the social and economic life.
