Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to present the company Gericom, which was a market leader in Germany before 2004 when marketing only laptops. After changing the price-quality relationship, the company had to deal with a lot of problems. The year 2008 brought not only a new look, but also a new vision and mission into the company.
