Polish economy against the background of globalization

Summary/Abstract: Functioning of modern companies and conditions of economy are dependent on many factors. Their source results from changes in the global economy caused by the globalization process. Using internal possibilities and an attempt of adaptation to these changing conditions, both in case of economy and business, may also contribute to their development in the long run. For this purpose, it is important to use commonly − by the state and the company − the existing capabilities and eliminating threats that could hamper the completion of adopted plans. Opportunities for the development of Polish economy and companies operating in it are large. Active participation in the mainstream of the global economy calls for their skilful use.
