Theory and practice on divorce according to the new procedure civil code

Summary/Abstract: The New Code of Civil Procedure establishes special civil proceedings in matters of divorce, flexible and harmonized with European regulations in the field. The New civil code prints a new configuration and vision of the institution of marriage. Naturally, the new Code of Civil Procedure provides the necessary procedural component of this initiative. Through this article, we considered as useful for academics and practitioners, analyzing new procedural issues, matters of divorce, especially in the light of the imminent implementation of the New Code of Civil Procedure.
