Summary/Abstract: In 1958, the Salon of New Culture in Warsaw organised Wojciech Fangor’s show entitled “The Study of Space”. It was the first environment show in the world, which preceded by a few years other such shows in Europe and America. Fangor’s arrangement included twenty canvases with lines, spheres, circles and other geometric forms.
