Efficiency analysis of state higher vocational schools in 2004-2010

Summary/Abstract: The article describes research of relative efficiency of state higher vocational schools in Poland. The analysis was made over the period 2004−2010 using Data Envelopment Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the analyzed schools are characterized by high level of education relative technical efficiency. In CCR model this relative efficiency was between 76,1% and 82.4%. In BCC model level of scores relative technical efficiency was between 87,3% and 930%. The scores of scale efficiency range from 87% to 89%.
