Conflicts in library teams and selected methods of their solution

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the conditions of achieving synergy in a library group work. It is possible, among other things, thanks to the appropriate solution methods of appearing conflicts. A definition of conflict, reasons of its existence, as well as stages of the very process were presented. The main part of the work constitutes a discussion of selected modern methods of conflict management such as the method of four steps by Daniel Dana or the session of image exchange.
