RUDOLF JUROLEK: SMREKOVÝ LES

Summary/Abstract: The text presents motivic and thematical dominants of Rudolf Jurolek’s poetry in the book Smrekový les (2009). Th e text collects and analyzes topoi used by the poet and his poetical reflections, tending to harmonization of reality, and records idylical tune of human beings and nature. Jurolek’s poetical refl ections are compared here with Petr Mikeš’s poetry from 1990 and Jurolek’s key question is explained here as the “echo” of one repeated question sentence in František Hrubín’s Zlatá reneta.
