Summary/Abstract: The model of the family upbringing and school education affects the process of maturation and upbringing of children and young people. That’s why we, in our research, took the assumption that the current political, family and moral crisis has changed the moral view in children and young people and thus led to the acceptance of certain forms of moral behavior. If we also accept the fact that children are very often a kind of seismograph for all that is going on in the society in general, we can expect that the results of our research will qualify the acceptance of the moral education in school, family and education of the children in the lives of the majority of the population. The youth opinion poll on such important phenomena can be a good indicator of the overall moral situation, as well as the measure for the adequate actions in the process of problem solving. The research of The Stimulation and Prevention Method in the moral education of the children and young people has proved to be highly complex and up to date. Its complexity demanded that the problem itself should be approached from several aspects, the pedagogical aspect being the most important of all. The other aspects were considered to a degree in which they complimented the pedagogical aspect, i.e. in a way they have contributed The Stimulation and Prevention Method to be viewed and explained in an appropriate scientific project analysis, giving the details on the method itself.
