Summary/Abstract: The EU should not be treated as a purely economic formation. The realization of each European Union Inhabitant’s interests is an essential constituent of the EU politics. These activities, especially those related to the law rights protection, are realized within long-term policy. It is consistent with the idea of civil case, its definition and its use in accordance with the purpose of proclaiming the law instrument like the European writ of execution. The European execution title should be treated as an essential constituent of European Union jurisdiction policy. Its essence makes each EU inhabitant’s law protection much faster and less formal.
