Summary/Abstract: Getting married, like marriage itself, is part of the legal order, with an undeniably broad body of doctrine. The aim of this article is the conclusion of a marriage, in particular when it is concluded through an attorney-in-fact. The multitude of elements that make up the effectiveness of action, concluding a marriage through a proxy, creates an obligation not only to be diligent but above all to know the relevant regulations, which goes beyond the framework of the family and guardianship code. The above-mentioned, having not only a scientific but also a practical value, justifies taking and conducting further considerations in this regard.
