Summary/Abstract: Timeshare is a form of holiday ownership. One has a right, either directly or through a club, to use an apartment or villa in a holiday resort for determined time. Most Euro-pean countries have specific laws regulating the distribution of timeshare. The article tries to approach to the problem of timeshare by analyzing selected legal acts of the EU.
