Summary/Abstract: Every organization aims at shaping its own image. It should promote the development of the organization and, above all, be fully coherent and consistent with the strategy of action. A set of taken actions, however, remains without social response if not treated as a priority system for the communication of information. In the quantitative and qualitative research conducted among university stakeholders adequate informing about the undertaken activities of educational institutions ranks high in importance. It is therefore one of the most important needs of the stakeholders. Schools cannot ignore the factor of creating good relationships through efficient communication with the environment. Therefore good communication is one of the basic tools of shaping a set of measures of Corporate Social Responsibility.
