The role of stakeholders in formulating the city logistics for the improvement of citizens’ quality of life

Summary/Abstract: The article indicates the role of stakeholders in formulating the city logistics for the improvement of the quality of life. There are presented different expectations of stakeholders in relation to the city logistics, which make difficulties in improving this area. Therefore, the author proposed the roles which should be taken by each stakeholder in order to reduce congestion in the city, decrease cost of goods’ movement and improve the quality of life.
