THE APPLICATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL TREATIES, A WAY TO ACHIEVE THE GLOBAL SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: International treaties are designed to promote essentially both the common interests of the Parties and entrench in a widely accepted form, certain arrangements. Taking into consideration the above mentioned purposes, the conclusion and the implementation of these documents result internationally in a predictable and agreed demeanor of the states, determining factor of local, regional and global stability. International treaties may, in addition to rights and obligations for the parties, establish some organizations involved in promoting the common interests of the Member States, including the dimension of the local, regional or global security.
