Summary/Abstract: Conflicts in progress in the decades that followed the end of the Cold War highlighted the appearance of a lack of synchronization between, on the one hand, the doctrine for planning and conducting war belonging to the Army, and on the other, the one adopted by the Air Force, whose immediate consequence was the visible decrease in the efficiency of the joint operational effort.
