Summary/Abstract: The military analysts have noted that comparing to the last decades, regardless of the undisputable technological superiority of Occidental Armed Forces in the face of a possible adversary, the group of North Atlantic forces have become less efficient within the meta-operational spectrum (anti-insurgency/stability or/and transition/reconstruction operations), where warfare is more influenced by the adversary’s non-technological operations, which imposes a similar response within which advance technology is used only as support and not as a main combat vector. And if the Army tried to adapt in real time the operational response, the Air Forces lagged in state of the art technology so they soon confronted with the unpleasant experiences from Iraq and Afghanistan.
