Summary/Abstract: Within contemporary organization, corporative culture has to be rewieved on regular basis, and changed, if necessary. „Cultural gap is often observed, as a difference between current norms and values in the organization, and norms and values that organization wishes to implement. Reasons for this are swift changes of the environment, fast growth and development of the organization, and entering to the new markets. Globalization, multicultural environment, and internationalization today represent the key factor to organization's effectiveness. All those factors are tightly interconnected with organizational corporate culture, and demand timely change from management-leadership. There is a certaincorrelation between corporative culture and strategical organizational change. Significance of organizational culture for strategy implementation derives from its impact on staff behavior and its motivation for achievement of pre-defined organization goal. The aim of this paper, therefore, can be articulated in author's intention to describe and explain correlation between corporative culture, and learning and knowledge in the organization, within given space and time dimension.
