Marks of Romanian Cultural Identity

Summary/Abstract: The list of personalities who have tried over time to identify psychological features of the Romanian people is rather long, but we limit ourselves to bringing to discussion only several names for the time being. The numerous perspectives from which the Romanian identity has been approached find themselves at the confluence of ideological, historical, social, cultural, political, economic and religious factors. For this reason, we have tried to set several benchmarks, not only sociological, but also historical and anthropological, of the Romanian cultural identity.
