Summary/Abstract: This article aims to identify the main directions of change of organizational culture of public administration resulting from the introduction of learning processes. For the purpose of testing, five local government offices, located in Łódź |Voivodeship of the structure of employment in excess of 60 people, were selected. To achieve this ambitious objective, the office workers identified and assessed the main values and attitudes, which gave a new dimension to the organizational culture of the office after the application of the learning process. The study confirmed the assumption that the introduction of the basics of organizational learning changed traditional organizational culture of offices. Culture is oriented towards quality improvement and should be continually changed together with ”learning” offices.
