Modern trends in financial innovations on the Asian market. An attempt of assessment

Summary/Abstract: Currently, Asia is facing many challenges. In the region, there are very large savings exceeding its investment opportunities that have not been effectively invested. To accomplish that, we should face two challenges in the near future. First, it is therefore necessary to develop such instruments and methods that will respond to their needs and ensure their smooth functioning as well as the financing of retail. Second, we must also pay attention to ensure adequate financing for large companies and public sector entities. It is therefore necessary to consider how to develop and deepen capital markets in Asia so that these entities can directly make money on these markets without the need for bank loans. The further financial innovation activities in Asian countries will concentrate on the relation to these two challenges.
