Summary/Abstract: Building and working with a spoken corpus of wine tasting situations: the OenoLex Burgundy project. This paper aims to discuss the problems encountered while building a corpus of spoken interactions in wine tasting situations. Section 1 presents the context of the research and the goals of the project. Section 2 sketches the research questions and the aims of the paper. Section 3 introduces our understanding of specialized communication and how it can be applied to wine discourse. Section 4 presents the position of the collected data in terms of proximity and distance. Section 5 discusses the first results of the empirical research.
