Summary/Abstract: The existing demographic and economic trends (such as the aging of population and the decreasing number of young people entering the labor market) indicate that the labor market will lack qualified staff. Extending the working life of 50+ employees is one of the ways to respond to these trends, yet it may be a key factor in the process of improving the organization. The main objective of this paper is to draw attention to the 50+ employees, appreciate their experience and knowledge and build their commitment through the use of appropriate incentives.
