Summary/Abstract: Mobbing is a phenomenon which is one of the main causes an imbalance of a human in the workplace. It brings about very significant loss to human health as well as other organizational-economic losses. It is essential to quickly identify existing hazards in the workplace and to skillfully protect potential victims. Moreover a key problem is to change attitudes of executives who are usually reluctant to admit that cases of mobbing take place in a company. An additional difficulty in diagnosing this phenomenon is the fact that workers get mobbed by their superiors. The main purpose of the article is to demonstrate the impact of mobbing, as a strong stressing factor on the quality of life of a worker.
