Summary/Abstract: The development of defence diplomacy, in all its aspects, from preventive diplomacy to the coercive one, set in motion a highly complicated and sensitive mechanism, based on the interpenetration of international law and the interpretation of international legal documents of the strict military domain. The image of a country is no longer promoted by a civil environment and it becomes a real puzzle in which promoters are all involved in the social life of a country. The coordination, the complementarity, the effectiveness and the transparency become all of them motion vectors to achieve a stable international environment, and the civilians and the soldiers are those who must work together as a whole, the ultimate goal being to promote national interests.
