Summary/Abstract: The article aims to outline the impact of the first official report denouncing the communist government that ruled Romania, well-known as Tismaneanu Report, in the comments as one of the main columnists during the first two months. Basically, its structure is drawn up on three levels: the confusion between „denouncing the Romanian communist government” and „denouncing the communism”, the impact on the Social- Democrat Party and its echo at the international level. In this sense, the report might be seen as precedent for other communist governments.
