Summary/Abstract: Quality assurance based on comparable criteria and methods was included among the main objectives of the Bologna Declaration. Regular internal evaluation and accreditation are very important in implementing the Bologna process. This paper presents experiences and results achieved in the Internal Evaluation at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF) in Sarajevo. The process of Internal Evaluation is focused on the evaluation of study programs, and it sets the application of education objectives as the primary standard and criterion for the assessment of program quality.
