Summary/Abstract: Object of the present study are the channels for realization, which the enterprises processing and canning fruits and vegetables establish and use for their production distribution. The main aim is to consider and interpret basic theoretical-methodological formulations for the nature of the channels for realization and in this context to propose a model for activity assessment of their own types of channels for realization, which checked in a certain stage in empirical way to assist the choice of suitable distribution solutions. In this connection, it is assumed that it is appropriate to apply a model for assessment of the already established types of own channels for realization. Generalizations of the obtained research results are drawn up.
