Summary/Abstract: This article is focused on directive 2007/36/EC on the exercise of certain rights of shareholders in listed companies. Together with above mentioned directive this article also deals with Act No. 420/2009 Col., which transfer its rules to Czech legal order. Marginally this paper is engaged in transposition in other EU member states and last but not least it also deals with selected topics of e-voting.
