Summary/Abstract: The noticeable conditions in which contemporary enterprises operate remain under the influence of a range of factors. Among these factors, significance should be attached to expectations, i.e. interests of the individuals (stakeholders) related to the enterprise, including employers and employees. The aim of this study is to make an attempt to recognise the type and scope of respect for the interests of the individuals performing work on employee and non-employee basis. A presentation of manifestations and consequences of creating flexible work arrangements constitutes a background for these reflections.
