Summary/Abstract: Building the desirable human potential requires a multifaceted approach to a human being in an enterprise. This approach should allow for broadly defined conditions for pursuing activities by business entities. The conditions are synthetically reflected among others in organisational culture. The contemporary management reality goes beyond the borders of one country. With the above in mind, it has been assumed that managing human potential of an enterprise is affected by organisational culture marked among others by national culture, which is in the area of particular interest in the presented study. Invoking the example of experiences from business cooperation between Italian and Polish investors against this background, this paper aims to indicate the areas of managing human potential within which clear culture-based diversity has been noticed.
