THE ELECTIONS EXECUTED AHEAD OF TIME IN EAST-CENTRAL EUROPE AS THE METHOD THE SOLUTIONS OF POLITICAL CRISIS

Summary/Abstract: The Author gegis his reflections on the questions the elections executed ahead of time in East-Central Europe after the democratic changes in 1989. This pattern of elections may be the solution of political crisis (after the resignation of government). However the political elites are of importance on the questions the solution of political crisis (style of rule: confrontations versus compromise). The crucial elements are the agreements of democratic rule and consensual amongst the political leaders. Elections in December 1994 in Bulgaria and in September 1994 in Slovakia may not be solution of political crisis because the political leaders choose the confrontations way of behaviours. The situations in Czech Republic in June 1998 and Slovenia in October 2000 are less complicated. New governments are created political forces which had social support and choose the consensual way of behaviours.
