Summary/Abstract: The globalization of the modern world requires a new attitude towards distribution. The occurrence and practical applicability of information technology leads to the formation of a new subsystem in distribution - the electronic distribution subsystem. The following trends are observed at the present stage of international market development: transformations in the structure of the common market; standardization of products; creation of a new information environment. The dynamic environment of the global economy determines the specificity of companies’ e-business, expressed by the direction of marketing transformations and strategic marketing activities, as well as changes with respect to the marketing mix. In this connection, there are alternative options of marketing channels for realization in international markets.
