Access to public services in rural areas in Opole Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is to present rural areas of Opole Voivodeship in which the access to public services is on a low level. Rural areas are traditional understood as poor and worse developed than cities. Better quality of public services and better quality of technical infrastructure are very important to increase standard of living of rural areas.
